In this piece “Sunset”, Rossi experiments with resin and colour.
The artist, Rosanna Salter, moved from England to Arnprior, Ontario 40 years ago. She is a self-taught artist working mainly in oils and watercolour. Following a watercolour course, she discovered the joy of 3D watercolour painting. Rosanna is taught by watercolour expert Anna Mason.
